Parkhouse Labs, CL3 Containment Suite Cambridge was an interior fit out project which I&S carried out.
Principle contractor duties on this project included, site set up, design responsibility and full fit out.
The project was a highly technical space with the installation of fume cupboards for technology studies and development. Specialist packages such as the M&E were sub-contracted to our trusted suppliers from design through to commissioning.
The project value was £2 million and gave us extensive experience within a growing life sciences sector.
