I&S were appointed by Glencar to carry out the soft strip and internal fit out of an existing office within a distribution center warehouse located in Kent. The soffit strip was undertaken by our specialist removals team which involved full soft strip of 15,000 sq ft of raised floor, floor finishes, ceilings, partitions and MEP.
The main works project saw I&S build 2 new office hubs. The structural frame consisted of mild steel and lightweight steel framing to form the office. Following completion of the frame and external coverings I&S carried out the internal fit out to both hubs including:
