I&S recently completed the interior fit out of a central London hotel and office scheme, East road. Working alongside offsite modular specialist Elements Europe we have carried out the full interior fit out of the traditional build of level 5. Levels 6 up to 21 is the prefabricated modules where our scope is to complete the fit out of the modules. The project expands our relationship with Elements Europe and sees I&S now gaining experience in prefabrication which is essential for our sustainability values.
