In 2024 I&S investigated opportunities to grow the business internationally. After extensive feasibility studies with agents and local authorities we selected a plot of land in Corfu, Greece.
The Corfu project sees the development of a luxury villa. Given the location and ground type there has been substantial ground works to the mountain. During the preconstruction phase sustainability was reviewed to ensure our values were maintained outside of the UK also. With the groundwork contractor and designers, we produced a plan to re-use the hardcore excavated from the mountain in to the main works.
The shell and core is complete, and the project is now in the fit out stages. The project is due for completion summer 2025
